Follow these instructions to enter
new systems in to standard.conf
Go to the directory XBUS_HOME/etc ( XBUS_HOME - is the full path to the directory where you are installed the
xBus) and open "standard.conf" file to edit.
After that go to the standard.conf page from the "Config Files"and click the Base section from the
navigation menu (on the left).
Make sure that all these Base parameters are existing in
your configuration. In other case, define the missed ones
as it is described in this section.
Click the System section from the navigation menu.
Follow its instruction and define for each your system the standard + system specific parameters. Note: for detailed description of the system specific parameters, click your system protocol from the navigation
menu (on the left).
Click the Router section from the navigation menu (on the left)
and configure the router parameter for your systems.
Make sure that there is one Transformer for your Messages
already has been defined in your file.
If no, your Router definition is not correct and xBus
could not transform your Messages.
Please follow step 4 again and ...
Click the Journal section and define the system specific
parameters for each your system, if you want the system
activities will be written. Note:If you are defined this parameter, then make sure that global Journal entries are existing in your configuration
file as well
In the main window, go back to the HowTo instructions page. Note:if the above link does not work, bring the main window
to the front and press link "HOW TO" from the navigation
menu (on the left).
